Dear Diet, i'm sorry i'm not sorry for cheating on you only after having started our relationship a few days ago. see, sometimes i think there are better things out there and temptation gets the best of me. but after indulging in promiscuity with deliciously horrible-for-you foods, i've come to realize that you are what's best for me. so please, can we try again? today i made a farro pilaf with lemon zest, mint and toasted almonds. a healthy, yet completely tasty way to get back into eating well.
