56:365 early morning walk
this early morning i got off of a sleepless graveyard shift from work. tired and probably craving my bed sheets and pillow, i gathered my things to finally trek home. though sleepy, it never fails that the second i exit the doors of the hospital and the crisp cool morning air enters my system, i find my second wind. this morning in particular was gorgeous and beaming with sunlight. i texted Kim and tagged along on her morning walk with Appa. we went to Pacifica, my old stomping grounds, where the beautiful ocean follows you the whole way through.
