i used to make spinach smoothies all the time as a source of veggie intake because for the most part i don't love vegetables. typically i use frozen strawberries, blueberries and bananas but today i used fresh pineapple and banana because it's what i had around. toss in some almond milk and some ice and it's a nutritious, delicious drink. and the best part is you can't taste the spinach one bit.
